As provided in Savvy KID Privacy Policy, users have the right to request deletion of their personal information.

Follow the instructions below to delete your personal information.

Please note: Account deletions are permanent and cannot be reversed. If you subscribed to Savvy KID via the app, deleting your account will not suspend charges, as those are managed by Apple or Google. You must cancel your subscription renewal before proceeding with data erasure.

How to request account deletion

To help us locate your account quicker, please include:

  • the email address used to sign up

  • (optional) any additional details that may help us identify your account

What happens after you request deletion

Once we receive your request:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted

  • Your personal data and app activity (such as progress and history) will be removed

  • You will no longer be able to access your account

How long it takes

We will confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours. Your account and associated data will be deleted within up to 30 days.

Important information

  • Some information may be retained if required for legal or financial obligations (for example, billing records)

  • This data is stored securely and only for as long as required
